Immune-Boosting Ginger & Turmeric Tonic Recipe 🌿✨

Strengthen your immune system all year round with this simple yet powerful ginger and turmeric tonic. It’s a great way to save time while making your mornings healthier!

Ingredients:

  • 100g fresh ginger
  • 15g fresh turmeric
  • 7 tbsp honey or agave
  • Pinch of pepper (boosts turmeric absorption)
  • A bit of oil (olive or coconut oil is best for nutrient absorption)
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 5 dl apple juice

Method:

  1. Wash ginger and turmeric thoroughly and cut into pieces.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  3. Blend well, then sieve the mixture.
  4. Pour the liquid into an ice cube tray and freeze for 24 hours.
  5. Transfer the cubes to a bag and store in the freezer.

Whenever you're ready, pop a cube into hot (not boiling) water, and enjoy with a sprinkle of cinnamon or more honey for extra flavor!
