We are guided by seasonality, 100% organic ingredients, respect for local farmers, thoughtful nutrition, and responsible systems from kitchen to delivery. Our goal is to make eating well feel simple, grounded, and sustainable over time.

What does Nourish & Nosh offer?

We offer three ways to enjoy Nourish & Nosh:

  • À la carte meals, that you can order in advance according to your routine
  • Weekly subscriptions, designed for consistency, ease, and routine
  • Catering, for events, retreats, and gatherings that value high-quality, organic food

    All meals are freshly cooked, thoughtfully balanced, and delivered to your door daily.
Why should I choose a subscription?

A subscription removes daily decisions and ensures you’re consistently nourished throughout the week.

It’s ideal if you want structure, ease, and a routine that supports your wellbeing, without having to plan, shop, or think about food every day. Subscriptions can be paused or adjusted as needed.

And you also pay 15% less than ordering from À La Carte.

What’s the difference between à la carte and subscription meals?

À la carte allows you to choose individual meals from our weekly menu, perfect if you want flexibility or to try Nourish & Nosh for the first time.

Subscriptions offer a more seamless experience, with meals delivered weekly according to a program designed around balance, nourishment, and ease.

Why do I need to pre-order my meals?

Pre-ordering allows us to cook everything fresh, avoid food waste, and work closely with local suppliers based on real demand.

This system supports our zero-waste philosophy and guarantees the quality, seasonal and freshness of every meal.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, Caparica, and Aroeira. If you’re unsure whether we reach your area, feel free to contact us.

Until what time can I place my order?

Orders must be placed by 4pm for the following delivery week. This ensures we can plan sourcing, preparation, and delivery responsibly.
