It is paired with a Reserva red wine crafted from Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, and Syrah — a wine with depth, structure, and soft, elegant tannins. Best enjoyed slightly below room temperature, opened a little before serving, allowing it to breathe and fully unfold its aromas of dark fruit and subtle spice.
