Dinner
- Low FODMAP main course with dded animal protein
Dinner remains digestive-friendly and stable to allow the body to recover and assess tolerance from lunchtime reintroductions.
Weekly Additions
- Daily digestive tea
- 1L homemade chicken broth per week (delivered on Monday)
The broth supports gut lining nourishment and mineral replenishment, while the tea blend assists digestion and reduces bloating.

Subscriptions can be skipped or paused on a weekly basis by 6pm on Friday via email to our CS or through the customer portal. If not paused by then, the subscription automatically renews for the entire week and cannot be adjusted or canceled after Saturday.
