Subscriptions can be skipped or paused on a weekly basis by 6pm on Friday via email to our CS or through the customer portal. If not paused by then, the subscription automatically renews for the entire week and cannot be adjusted or canceled after Saturday.

Freshly Prepared Every Day

We cook every morning using fresh, organic ingredients and deliver the meals directly to you for lunch. To avoid food waste, we only cook on pre-order. The deadline for placing an order for the upcoming day is 6:00 PM on the current day.

What is the delivery area for your service?

We deliver between Lisbon and Cascais, as well as Costa de Caparica, Charneca de Caparica and Aroeira

What are the delivery times?

Between Lisbon and Cascais: Deliveries are made between 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM. The closer your delivery address is to our kitchen in Parede, the earlier your delivery will be. Once we receive your address, we can provide you with a 30-minute delivery window.
Between Costa de Caparica and Aroeira! Your Nosh & Nourish delivery will arrive conveniently after 5pm—just in time for you to unwrap a world of delightful flavors for your dinner.

How do your drivers plan their routes?

Our drivers have fixed routes to minimize our carbon footprint. They deliver all orders in one go, making the process as efficient as possible.

What information do you need from me?

Please provide any specific details regarding your address, building access or parking situation as well as your phone number so our drivers can deliver your order smoothly.

Subscription vs À La Carte

What is the difference between Nourish Programs and À La Carte?

À La Carte is just a one-off delivery to allow customers to discover our products without a subscription. Our Nourish Programs are the subscription option of our organic meal delivery service. Picking a Nourish Program allows you the convenience of regularly receiving our delicious meals each week while saving money per meal.

Can I create a personalized subscription?

Yes, while we offer pre-set subscription programs on our website, we can also create a personalized subscription for you at any time. Just ping us an email on hello@nandn.pt

How does the portion size of XL compare to regular?

The XL portion size is 30% larger than the regular size.
*Portion sizes will slightly vary.

Can I make changes to my subscription/deliveries?

We offer a variety of subscription options to cater to your needs, and we understand that life can be unpredictable. That's why we provide the flexibility to edit, skip deliveries, or cancel your subscription at any time. To make changes, access your subscription with your magic link or login to our store. How do I login to my subscription?

There are two ways to access your subscription.

1. Via your Magic Link - which was emailed to you when you signed up subject line “Your subscription was accepted - Magic Link Access”. Click your link and you will have access to your subscription. *Note, this will only show your subscription portal.

2. To have full account access to additional features (such as see all orders, menu reminder, account details & subscription) create an account on our store with the same email used for subscription. Once created, you can login and have access to your full account features.

Lisbon Food Delivery

I will be away, I would like to skip deliveries, how can I do that?

We understand that life gets busy. You can skip a full week of deliveries with the following steps:

1. Access your subscription portal (Via magic link or store login)
2. Go to “Billing Schedule”
3. Find the billing you date you would like to skip and press “Skip payment”. Note, skip payment refers to the order that would contain deliveries for the following week. When you press “Skip Payment” you will not receive any orders for that week.
4. If you change your mind, you can resume the billing by pressing “Unskip payment”

Need a reminder of what was on the menu today?

In your account login menu (left side in green) you will see a menu item that says “Menu Reminder”. Click there and find today's date to see the menu for that date. These items will likely no longer be available for purchase but you will still have access to product information. *Note - this menu is not accessible by Magic Link, you must be logged into the store.
