Deliveries are always made during the weekdays between 11AM and 1:30PM. It must be an address that you always have someone who can receive the order, the carrier does not call by phone to the recipient.

Warning: check if the recipient's name is identified on the doorstep.

Carriers do not call by phone to destination, just leave orders in the presence of someone at the delivery address, we can not be held responsible if no answer and the order goes back to the kitchen. The cost of re-shipment order will be Customer's responsibility.

Exact delivery time is very variable and depends on the Address and factors beyond our control.
