This custom meal plan is designed to meet specific dietary needs, providing a high-protein, low-carb option with a focus on simplicity and nutrition. Each meal includes steamed vegetables (no spices), paired with whole grains and a protein source, such as chicken, fish & seafood on Tuesday and Thursday, home made tempeh or soy and hemp seeds on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The meals are balanced to offer around 550 - 600 kcal with 150 gr. fish/meat (equals around 36gr pure protein on vegetarian and 50gr pure protein on meat/fish days), ensuring a nutritious and satisfying option that fuels your body while keeping it light and clean.
Subscriptions can be skipped or paused on a weekly basis by 6pm on Friday via email to our CS or through the customer portal. If not paused by then, the subscription automatically renews for the entire week and cannot be adjusted or canceled after Saturday.
