This custom meal plan is designed to meet specific dietary needs, providing a high-protein, low-carb option with a focus on simplicity and nutrition. Each meal includes steamed vegetables (no spices), paired with whole grains and a protein source, such as chicken breast, wild fish, or salmon. The meals are balanced to offer 470-885 kcal with 250 gr fish/meat (equals 70-85 grams pure protein), ensuring a nutritious and satisfying option that fuels your body while keeping it light and clean.
Subscriptions can be skipped or paused on a weekly basis by 6pm on Friday via email to our CS or through the customer portal. If not paused by then, the subscription automatically renews for the entire week and cannot be adjusted or canceled after Saturday.
